In the event of adverse sea and weather conditions, the company, where safety conditions do not exist, reserves the right to cancel the tour if it is not possible to reschedule a new tour according to the dates indicated at the time of booking and will refund the entire sum deposited .
In the event that the company deems that all weather and sea conditions are favorable for the departure of the tour, it will not grant refunds of any kind to customers who have paid the deposit and who independently decide not to take the tour.
In the event that the minimum number of people for the collective tour is not reached (6 people), the company will fully refund the amount deposited.
For cancellations of any other nature made by the customer:
- a penalty of 50% of the tour price applies if the cancellation occurs up to 5 days before the tour date, including the initial deposit, if paid.
- There is no penalty if the cancellation occurs more than 5 days before the tour date, and the initial deposit will be refunded.
